Facilities Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC and mechanical experience to support essential maintenance work across a variety of commercial sites.

You'll be part of an on-site engineering team responsible for maintaining heating, ventilation, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

Location : Dunedin City

Pay rate :

$30 per hour (paid weekly)

Your day-to-day duties will include :

Routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems

Working within an engineering team to ensure system reliability

Pipework installation, repairs, and modifications

Air filter replacement and cleaning for optimal air quality

Steam and water system maintenance and minor repairs

General building maintenance related to HVAC systems

Adhering to all health and safety regulations

You'll need :

Strong HVAC and mechanical experience (heat pumps, motors, filters, pumps)

Relevant trade qualification in mechanical / HVAC

Site Safe or equivalent health and safety certification

Experience with steam / water systems and technical diagrams

A full NZ driver's licence
