As the team lead, you maintain a hands-on approach, helping to build a team who are focused and driven to achieve excellence and pride in what they do while exceeding our clients' expectations.What We're Looking ForOur ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar industry, showcasing proven leadership in achieving team success.

You should be approachable, thrive in unexpected situations, and make informed decisions to instil confidence in your team.

Other qualities we seek include : A level 4 turf qualification is highly desirableHigh work ethic and not shy of getting on the tools to support your teamAbility to go the extra mile to impress our clientsA full, clean NZ driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual is essential, class 2 would be advantageousSolid organisational and planning skills and enjoy managing workloadsStrong written, computer, and administration skillsKnow how people tick and can motivate your team to complete their best workA positive attitude towards working safelyWhat We Can Offer YouAs part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with other professionals, gain further knowledge and experience, and develop your career.
