As a Chef de Partie , you'll be part of a world-class culinary team delivering bold, creative, and locally inspired cuisine to guests from around the globe.

Key areas where you can make a difference : Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across various large production style sections of the kitchen Ensure that food safety standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are delivered to meet Te Pae Christchurch requirements.
Assisting in menu development and ensuring consistency in delivery Mentoring junior kitchen staff and contributing to a positive team culture Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards Supporting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily operations ABOUT YOU Everyday our people are responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

The successful candidate will : Proven experience as a CDP or strong Commis Chef ready to step up, a minimum three years' experience in a similar position Be well organised with excellent attention to detail Have outstanding communication skills at all levels Be able to maintain safety standards and to abide by HACCP Knowledge of food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment In return we offer work in a positive and encouraging environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
