We are looking for a skilled Cook to join our team at a historical hotel on the beautiful West Coast of New Zealand. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality meals, ensuring food safety, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for guests. Minimum 30 hours guarenteed.

Remuneration : $25–$27 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type : Permanent, Full-Time (Minimum 30 hours / week guaranteed)
Seeking a Cook to join our team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our diverse clientele, including tour groups, resort guests, and walk-in diners.
Key Responsibilities :
✅ Preparing and cooking meals according to set menus and quality standards
✅ Assisting in menu planning and suggesting new dishes
✅ Managing stock levels and ensuring ingredients are available for service
✅ Following food safety and hygiene regulations, including the Food Control Plan
✅ Keeping kitchen and workstations clean, organized, and sanitized
✅ Reporting maintenance or stock issues to the Food & Beverage Manager
✅ Ensuring efficient service by working collaboratively with the kitchen team
✅ Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
