This is a teaching leadership position with 2MU and allocated classroom release time.Qualifications and attributesThe ability to support teachers with the implementation of the New Zealand Curriculum and assessment practices.Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and lead with empathy.A confident leader of effective pedagogy, passionate about student and teacher agency, and assessment for learning.Leads with a growth mindset, cultural responsiveness, and a commitment to equity and excellence.Initiative, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to grow strong, collaborative relationships across staff, students, and whanau.The successful applicant will be skilled at navigating complexity with empathy and clarity.
