• Build campaigns that deliver real sales, not just engagement.
• Run social media that sparks attention, builds authority, and drives traffic.
• Produce video ads, creative assets, and content that makes people stop, click, and buy.
• Oversee and evolve the SmartGrass website. Optimise it, redesign it, make it convert.
• Track everything. Own the numbers, analyse results, and push for better.
• Use CRM and data tools to automate, optimise, and scale what works.
• Champion the SmartGrass brand — premium, innovative, and industry‑leading.
• Support recruitment marketing that helps bring more great people into the team.
