Overview

We're hiring a permanent, full-time Trading 2IC at The Warehouse Napier.

The role supports the Trading Manager with shopfloor responsibilities across The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function.

You will demonstrate strong leadership of the teams and contribute to a safe working environment while ensuring compliance with legal trading requirements.

You will also ensure planograms are maintained and promotions are set up correctly.

Responsibilities

Assist the Trading Manager with shopfloor operations across Entertainment and Technology departments and Price Integrity.

Provide leadership to relevant teams and promote a safe working environment.

Ensure compliance with all legal trading requirements.

Maintain planograms and ensure promotions are set up accurately.

Collaborate with the team to deliver a strong in-store experience and customer service.

Qualifications

About you

You must have sufficient right to work in New Zealand for this role.

Ideally you will have :

Proven retail experience

Strong leadership qualities

Commitment to the customer and the in-store experience

Excellent communication skills
