You'll lead and coordinate high-quality, person-centred services for tangata whai ora and their whanau, coach frontline staff, and contribute clinical expertise to ensure safe, effective, and culturally grounded practice.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building team capability, strengthening service quality, and partnering across the sector to improve outcomes for tangata whai ora.
Key Responsibilities Service Leadership report on progress and drive continuous improvement.
Lead personal planning processes that reflect individual goals, strengths, and wellbeing.
Clinical Practice Provide specialist input into assessment, formulation, and progress monitoring.
Oversee wellbeing, safety, and risk plans in collaboration with external clinical teams.
Identify and manage potential and actual risks with robust documentation and communication.
People Development use feedback and Learning Reviews to improve service delivery.
Operational Excellence Maintain high standards of service documentation and compliance (e.g., Nga Paerewa, contractual requirements).
Support rostering oversight to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care.
Identify opportunities for innovation and service enhancement aligned with MASH strategy.
