About the Role
As a Senior PMO Analyst within the IIG Portfolio Management Office, you will play a central role in the day-to-day operations of the team. You'll lead the development and maintenance of portfolio reporting, providing insights into the overall health of the portfolio and tracking key performance indicators such as scope, budget, schedule, benefits, risks, and dependencies. Your work will include financial analysis across actuals, forecasts, and variances, and you'll collaborate with functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
As part of your responsibilities, you will contribute to the implementation of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool, ensuring it supports consistent and high-quality reporting across the infrastructure portfolio. You will also manage the tool as a System Administrator, maintaining its configuration, user access, and data integrity to enable effective portfolio oversight and decision‑making.
About the Team / Service / Location
The IIG Portfolio Management Office is responsible for leading the standardisation and integration of the national and regional portfolios into one IIG portfolio through establishing best practice project, programme, portfolio management standards, frameworks, tools, processes, and templates. This includes improving project, programme, and portfolio capability and maturity across IIG and providing quality and timely information and insights to inform decision‑making and improve delivery performance.

You're a strategic and analytical professional with a passion for improving health infrastructure through strategic analysis, robust governance, and collaborative leadership. Your ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly makes you a trusted advisor across teams.
