OverviewSenior Functional Consultant - Salesforce : This role leverages hands-on experience to spearhead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet customers' strategic goals.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role often involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in pre-sales activities, and serving as a subject matter expert in bid engagements.Base pay rangeA$140,000.00 / yr - A$175,000.00 / yrResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of solutions for high-profile clients while fostering strong, trustworthy relationships that establish long-term partnerships.Conduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshops.Serve as a trusted advisor and influential leader, guiding customers through complex business transformations while mentoring team members in technical excellence and professional growth.Apply industry best practices to confidently configure enterprise-grade solutions.QualificationsExperience leading the implementation of Salesforce for enterprise-scale businesses.Experience and certifications across the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce industries such as PSS).
