• Lead from the floor : Partner with site teams and leaders to champion safety where it counts—on the ground.
• Coach and empower : Build capability and confidence in managing risk and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive real change : Implement practical safety programs and initiatives that make a visible impact.
• Own compliance : Ensure we meet and exceed HSE standards, legislation, and environmental goals.
• Problem‑solve in real time : Support injury management, audits, and continuous improvement with a hands‑on approach.
