ABOUT THE ROLE

A key member of the support team commissioning, supporting and servicing Fabrum’s products and systems at Fabrum and in the field around the world. The role includes planned installation and commissioning and scheduled maintenance plus on-demand response, diagnosis and resolution of service issues. Role seniority is flexible to suit the skills and experience of applicants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Support

• Commission (including site acceptance testing) and service systems in-field
• Respond to customer service requests and resolve technical issues
• Manage support cases, including any subcontracting and purchasing, and as per customer service agreements
• Document faults, repairs, and service activities
• Monitor in-field system performance and provide feedback to R&D to support continuous product improvement
