About The Role

This is a leading specialist healthcare provider dedicated to helping families grow.

With a history of supporting people across Aotearoa New Zealand on their fertility journey, they offer the latest treatment options, combining innovation with exceptional patient care.

They are looking for a Nurse Team Lead to share their values of care, responsiveness, and excellence, overseeing the team and guiding patients through all stages of fertility care.

This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) with participation in a shared weekend and public holiday roster.

What You Have To Do

Lead and support a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality fertility nursing care

Manage rosters, staffing, and daily operations

Foster a positive, high-performing team culture where care and excellence thrive

Act as a key liaison for patients, ensuring their journey is well-supported and informed

Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery

Support continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives

Skills And Experience

NZ Nursing Council registration and a current APC

Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience

Previous experience in an acute or hospital setting in New Zealand

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

A collaborative approach and strong organisational skills

A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and an inclusive workplace

Fertility experience is an advantage but not essential
