We're growing our clinical leadership team and are looking for Nurse Practitioners who bring compassion, expertise, and a collaborative spirit to support our residents and nursing teams across multiple care centres.

What you'll do :

As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll work across a group of care centres to :

Deliver high-quality primary care services tailored to each resident's needs

Lead the treatment and care planning for residents with complex health conditions

Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions with confidence and care

Build strong connections with Te Whatu Ora specialist services

Mentor and support Registered Nurses, fostering evidence-based practice

Drive clinical quality improvement through audits, reviews, and innovation

What you'll bring :

You're a natural clinical leader with a passion for gerontology and a commitment to excellence.

You thrive in a team environment, value connection, and are motivated by making a meaningful difference.

Registered with the Nursing Council in the Nurse Practitioner Scope of Practice

Current practising certificate

Experience in primary care is a plus

Willingness to travel regularly across your region
