What you'll do | Hei mahi

• Lead inventory accuracy through audits : Conduct regular shop floor walks and stockroom audits to ensure precise completion of core inventory processes and stocktakes.
• Optimise online order fulfillment and pricing : Collaborate with the Customer Experience Leader to investigate discrepancies in online orders and implement preventative measures. You'll also oversee ticketing accuracy to prevent pricing issues.
• Manage production plans : For stores with onsite production (like Meat and Bakery), you'll review and finalise production plans to ensure accurate output.
• Drive continuous improvement : Resolve process-related issues escalated by the SOS and conduct regular health checks to identify and address areas for functional improvement.
• Contribute to store leadership and team collaboration : Step up as the Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in "Better Together" connections to foster team communication.
