We're on the hunt for a dedicated Team Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Economic Performance division.

This division plays a vital role in shaping New Zealand's economic future, offering advice on key economic issues.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring the team operates smoothly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and engaging, including :

• Managing and streamlining documents (formatting, processing, and distribution)
• Coordinating diaries, meetings, and emails to keep everything running like clockwork
• Organising travel and handling meeting / event logistics
• Providing essential support for resources, HR, and financial processes

Your work will be instrumental in enabling the team to focus on delivering high-quality advice and achieving the Treasury's goals.

The remuneration band for this role is $62,119 - $84,043 (inclusive of Kiwisaver) and appointment in the range will be made based on skills and experience.
