We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Buster Crabb in the heart of Invercargill, Southland. As Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bustling diner, overseeing a team of hospitality professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our beloved establishment.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the diner, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
• Leading and motivating a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Collaborating with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve operational efficiency
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons
