Location : Queenstown
Salary : Up to $2,580 / month
Roster : 5 days / week (Mon–Sun) | 3 Rotating Shifts
AM : 7.30am – 3.30pm
PM : 1.30pm – 9.30pm
Night : 9.00pm – 8.00am
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission & discharge processes (including registration & payment)
- Conduct financial counselling for patients and next-of-kin
- Manage appointment bookings (internal & external)
- Ensure UCC area readiness and uphold service standards
- Attend to patient enquiries with care and professionalism
- Provide chaperone assistance to doctors / nurses
- Support ad hoc duties as assigned
