As People and Culture Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the people strategy – driving engagement and ensuring HR practices are modern, culturally inclusive and consistent with the values that underpin Presbyterian Support and all that we do.
Reporting directly to the Tumu Whakarae Tauiwi | Co-CEO, the People and Culture Manager is a generalist HR role that is key to developing and managing effective human resource systems, ensuring employment risk is well managed and organisational culture is at best practice levels.
The People and Culture Manager is also responsible for the volunteer strategy and has the Regional Volunteer and HR Advisor reporting directly to this role. The 200 volunteers we have at Presbyterian Support are integral to our sustainability. Having strengths in HR systems, remuneration and reward frameworks, employment relations and performance management are essential for this role.

Presbyterian Support Upper South Island aims to create a better life for everyone.
