Join Clearwater Wildlife Tours – one of New Zealand's top-rated eco-tourism experiences – offering exclusive, private wildlife tours on our historic family-run property at Cape Saunders.About the RoleWe're looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented superstar to help keep our operations running smoothly.This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll contribute to every aspect of the business, including : Day-to-day admin and office coordinationAccounting tasks including invoicing, reconciliations, and reportingSocial media scheduling and marketing supportAssisting with advertising campaigns and content creationCustomer communication, enquiries, and bookingsGeneral business operations supportYou'll NeedProven experience in administration, bookkeeping, and marketing supportTourism industry experience (highly desirable)Strong working knowledge of XeroFareHarbor experience an advantageGoogle Ads or digital marketing experience a strong plusExcellent communication, organisation, and time-management skillsA proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detailAbility to work independently and prioritise effectivelyWhat We OfferFlexible, family-friendly hours (10 am–2 pm, Monday–Friday)Immediate start – we're ready when you are!
