Heavy Duty Carpet Cleaner

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Heavy Duty Carpet Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial customer sites in the west end of Toronto.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.

ServiceMaster Clean maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.Client Site DutiesComplete jobs to specifications to customer's satisfactionProvide superior carpet cleaning / steam cleaning / saniizing / upholstery cleaning / strip & waxing of floorsConfirm work is completed to ensure the job meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirementsHandle re-service requests promptly and courteouslyGeneral DutiesMaintain all equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in proper working orderMaintain comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the business and services offered, advise customer appropriately, qualify jobs to be completed and gain the confidence of clientsAttend weekly meetings with production teamMaintain professional conduct and appearance in all client facing activitiesProvide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the clientConduct all work in accordance with company safety policiesAdherence to all company workplace policiesPerform other duties as requiredReview work orders assigned and communicate with office associates as neededCheck routing and directions to each job as requiredProvide weekly invoices to Accounting / Office ManagerInspect materials and equipment required for the scheduled jobs to ensure it is maintained in good working order.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above satisfactorily.
