We are seeking an experienced Breast Radiologist to join our Radiology department here at Waikato Hospital.

The Breast Care Centre provides diagnostic clinics and screening assessment clinics, delivered by a team of dedicated MITs, breast surgeons, breast nurses and clerical staff, with weekly MDM meetings to discuss patient management.

There are also two mobile units providing breast screening services to the whole Waikato / Midlands region.

Key responsibilities of the role :

• Reporting Radiologic studies
• Supervising and teaching registrars
• Participation in oncology multidisciplinary meetings
• In addition to breast imaging, you will be interpreting and reporting imaging studies including CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray and MRI.
• reporting a broad mix of complex clinical cases, also including general radiology and acute imaging.
• participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• continual development of high standards
