Are you passionate about uncovering insights that drive real change? We’re looking for a Fraud Insights and Analytics Specialist to join our Fraud Prevention team and help shape the future of fraud prevention and detection at IAG. This role is all about turning data into action, providing meaningful insights, identifying trends, and influencing business decisions that improve fraud prevention across the organisation.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, investigators, and external partners to deliver monthly reporting, support data requests, and contribute to strategic initiatives. With a major fraud analytics platform overhaul underway, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we use data to detect and prevent fraud in a modern, AI‑aware environment.
This is a permanent, hybrid role open to candidates anywhere in Aotearoa (New Zealand).
