Account Director – FSI – CX – SaaS Banking Solutions

Position — Account Director

Location — Auckland

About the Role

This is a career‑defining Account Director role where you will :

Work with a category leader in CX Banking Solutions
Drive Growth within Tier 2 banks and Credit Unions
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities : construct large complex enterprise deals
Transformative Sales : executive‑level engagement, extended sales cycles and large $1M+ transformation deals

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in an Enterprise Sales Role, selling software / SaaS solutions to banks.

Leading large enterprise acquisitions with multi‑year, multi‑million dollar contracts.

Deep understanding of the banking sector and its technological needs.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing decision‑makers.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary of $380k+ OTE (50 / 50)
