We are looking to support customers with their transportation needs in Auckland CBD and across NZ, offering full training, growth opportunities, and a collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to customers through inbound phone-based support and email interactions.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Support customers with order processing, product availability, and after-sales service.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by applying attentive, detail-oriented and collaborative teamwork.
- Engage with customers to understand needs, build relationships, and support resolution of issues.
Qualifications and attributes
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport.Ability to work Mon–Fri with alternating Saturday shifts as required.Experience in customer service, call centres, insurance or automotive sectors is advantageous.Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem solving.Willingness to learn and grow within the company.Benefits and opportunities
