Responsibilities
Provide all customers with excellent customer service.
Complete all daily store operations.
Deal with customer queries and issues.
Keep up to date with the latest technology to assist customers to find the right product for them.
Packing online orders on request.
Maintain daily stocktake procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
Assist the Manager with daily operational tasks.
Ensure the store sales and inventories are correctly accounted for.
Requirements / Qualifications
Well-developed communication and listening skills.
Previous experience in a retail environment.
Must be able to work on weekends according to the roster.
Reliable and enthusiastic.
Willingness to work at least one full weekend day; please note the role requires weekend availability.
