Job description6+ years PQE in commercial transactional work Comfortable with AI tools (preferred – training offered to upskill) Ready for cross-border work Work directly with our commercial director Real deal work with diverse clients – client facing Competitive salary and conditions Auckland Metro base (Ellerslie) Friendly and hard working colleagues Expertise in law and the ability to navigate various legal frameworks effectively Proficiency in handling commercial contracts including drafting, negotiation, and review Strong skills in analyzing and resolving legal issues with attention to detail Demonstrated experience in offering sound legal advice to a range of clients Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ability to ensure compliance Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in law and current qualification to practice Chinese language skills not required
