With Christchurch underway with their first hire in place, you will be backed by an impressive portfolio of projects, including a large new build in Otago. Poised for growth with exciting opportunities on the horizon.

The Role : We are seeking a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer to lead this career‑defining project and drive the launch of their consultancy in Queenstown. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for running high profile projects and growing and leading engineers, and a desire to influence the region’s engineering landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and be involved in the design and monitoring of high‑profile projects.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and long‑term partnerships.
• Drive business growth through local networks and expand the regional project portfolio.
• Build, mentor, and lead a local engineering team when the time comes to grow, while fostering a collaborative culture with other offices.
• Provide technical oversight and hands‑on design expertise, ensuring practical, cost‑effective solutions.
