Field Service Engineer - Medical Imaging

This is a great opportunity for somebody with a background in electrical, electronics, avionics, biomedical or similar looking to work on cutting-edge technology.Join our team as a Customer Service Engineer, working primarily with our Medical Imaging Systems (including, but not limited to, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray, and Nuclear Medicine Systems).

The position is based in Auckland, New Zealand, with support for the wider NZ team as required.The successful candidate may be required to participate in after-hours work and occasionally travel for extended periods (up to 3 weeks) to meet operational needs.Your tasks and responsibilities : Perform preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.Complete Service Reports promptly.Maintain and expand your knowledge through continuous training, including self-learning, computer-based courses, mentorship, and hands-on experience.Adhere to all Environmental, Health & Safety policies.Your qualifications and experience : Technical or trade training background.Confidence to work autonomously.Current NZ Electrical Service Technician registration is preferred; if not, you must meet the criteria to obtain one promptly.A Radiation licence is advantageous but can be applied for with company support.Unrestricted drivers licence.Ability to travel across NZ and overseas.Work rights in New Zealand.
