Clinical Manager

Join this medium sized facility with 90 beds across hospital, dementia and rest home level care. As a senior member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care and education to the residents and their greater whanau. In addition to providing exceptional support, you will provide leadership, offering guidance and mentorship to the dedicated nursing team.

Our client is seeking a Clinical Manager, who has previous leadership experience in aged care to lead their dedicated clinical team. You will work closely with an experienced and supportive Village Manager and also be supported by the Regional Manager. You will possess strong people skills and will be accountable for the clinical performance within the facility.
