We're looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Lead Functional Consultant to help design and deliver practical CRM solutions. You'll work with business users to understand their needs, configure the system, and support delivery from start to finish.
What you'll do
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Create workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Support testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Liaise with technical teams on integrations and enhancements.
