Join Beca’s Building Services leadership team as the Manager of our Waikato and Bay of Plenty team. You’ll lead a team of engineers and consultants delivering projects across New Zealand, building on strong foundations and guiding the continued evolution of this market‑leading business. This role is broad, rewarding, challenging and influential — enabling you to apply your people, client and business leadership abilities. It can be based in either Hamilton or Tauranga, with scope for flexible working arrangements.
In This Role, You Will
Lead discipline teams of ~30 professionals across the Bay of Plenty and WaikatoBe supported by Team Leaders, Technical Directors and project delivery leadersJoin the Building Services Leadership Team alongside other Managers and senior leadersInfluence team culture, develop people, and deliver client‑focused outcomesOversee business performance, project delivery, recruitment, mentoring and retentionShape future strategy and implement initiatives for sustainable, community‑focused outcomesLead project delivery and engage externally with clients and the broader sectorThis Role Will Suit a Leader With Strengths In
