Responsibilities

Deliver regular sales and systems training for agents

Provide real-time support and problem-solving across Arizto's tech platforms

Conduct supervision sessions and track agent activity and performance

Offer practical and empathetic support that helps agents grow both professionally and personally

Qualifications & Requirements

Current New Zealand Real Estate License with a minimum Level 5 qualification
