About the Role
We are looking for a high‑impact Client Strategy and Growth Director to join our Auckland‑based leadership team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening client partnerships, leading cross‑functional teams and driving revenue growth.
You’ll oversee the Client Success, Project Management and Digital Marketing teams, a total of six experts, ensuring their work delivers measurable client impact and commercial value for the business through data‑led, AI‑driven strategy and insight.
This is a senior leadership position for a professional who acts as both a client and team advocate, connecting client needs with world‑class delivery. You will lead client workshops, shape engagement strategies and collaborate with the Managing Director on long‑term strategic initiatives. You’ll also work closely with our SEO, Data and Design leads to ensure collaboration across all disciplines. The role demands a blend of commercial acumen, strategic vision and confident leadership focused on building deep relationships that create sustained, mutual growth.
