Technical Operations Analyst

An exciting vacancy has arisen in one of New Zealand’s leading, independent transportation agencies. Fleetwise is looking for a Technical Operations Analyst to join their team based in Palmerston North.

Fleetwise has been providing vehicle fleet management and administration services to a range of government and commercial clients throughout New Zealand since 1995. We pride ourselves on our flexibility to provide customised solutions and services to assist clients in meeting business goals and objectives.

What you will be doing :

• Working in a fast-paced customer service focused environment.
• Assisting with customer inquires across multiple platforms including phone, email & Hubspot ticketing system.
• Supporting and working with multiple departments and providing assistance where required.
• Provide recommendations for repairs and cost savings on vehicles.
• Provide insight to our Support Customer Support Team with day to day vehicle maintenance and servicing enquires.
• Establish and maintain Fleetwise Supplier Relationships.

This is a full time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
