Project Engineer

ConsultANZ is seeking a Project Engineer for a major infrastructure project in Wellington. In this role, you will coordinate and manage civil construction activities across a large-scale programme, supporting project delivery, cost control, design integration, and subcontractor performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Review and coordinate design information, RFIs, and technical queries.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor scopes, and contract administration.
• Oversee QA / QC compliance across the project and support risk management.
• Prepare progress reports, support claims, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Liaise between site teams, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and commercial issues.
