Please note, this position is based in the Hawkes Bay & you will need to relocate.

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Procure & agree the services of subcontractors
• Provide clear detailed quantity take offs
• Assemble accurate and well organised estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Tender Bids, Design-Build and ECI projects.
• Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and clients
• Prepare contract budgets
