Part of the role is about supporting leaders in creating and promoting a culture of empowering people, excellent project delivery and inclusive leadership. We are constantly redefining how we deliver projects and consulting advice, which requires out-of-the-box thinking and creativity to help with the presentation and delivery of key communiques, management presentations and career planning. You’ll have access to a support team who provide creative design support; people and culture advice; and the chance to apply your own flair to bring it all together and support business performance and growth for our team.

• You will be a self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm, keen to learn and be part of team goals, excited by strategic change to achieve team goals and outcomes.
• You’re an experienced PA, adept at balancing multiple and changing priorities.
• You are confident to engage at all levels of the business – you understand the value of a phone call and the human element of getting stuff done, whether autonomously or collaboratively.
• Proficient in a Microsoft 365 environment and at ease in a digital workspace for document management and sharing; you’ll be an advocate of new ways of working, leveraging our strong digital platform for delivery and communication.
• Your positive energy, eye for detail, solution focus and sense of humour will be a good fit for the team and will positively impact internal and external relationships, contributing to your success and enjoyment.
