As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Group Administrator to join our team, playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

About the Role

The Group Administrator is a main point of coordination for administration across the SSML group. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll support job workflows, invoicing, and office systems across our businesses, while also being a main point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. You’ll work closely with our wider administration and leadership teams to support communication and efficient operations across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new jobs, track progress, and prepare accurate invoices and quotes.
  • Act as a key liaison for clients, visitors, and internal teams, managing queries and providing a professional front-of-house service.
  • Maintain office systems, supplies, and documentation to support team efficiency.
  • Support group-wide initiatives, workshops, and events.
  • Assist leadership with communication, collaboration, and project coordination across multiple businesses.

About You

  • Highly organised with strong planning and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Skilled in building effective relationships across teams and with clients.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident working independently.
  • A clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Detail-focused, accurate, and confident with administration and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with job management systems such as Workflow Max (preferred).
  • Experience :

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a professional services or project-based environment.
  • Background in invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial administration.
  • Reception or client-facing experience.
