This role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business problems into actionable plans and supports process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the SBS Group.Key responsibilities include : Business and enterprise analysisProject managementProcess improvementTesting and quality assuranceChange managementWhat you'll bring : Extensive experience delivering digital projects and programmesStrong analytical, problem-solving and research abilitiesSkilled in stakeholder management and cross-team collaborationExcellent communication and the ability to translate technical conceptsEffective organisational and time management skillsTertiary level qualification preferably including banking, finance or business analysis papersThis role is full time (37.5 hours per week), with hours of work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.

This is a fixed term role for up to 18 months (initially 12 months then a possible further 6 months).
