Role Responsibilities
Supporting experienced field crews on real-world projects.
Getting hands-on with tools, machinery, and technical drawings.
Learning how to plan, scope, and deliver infrastructure jobs safely and efficiently.
Contributing ideas and solutions so you won't be just the "new guy".
Making sure all work and gear meets top safety and quality standards.
Interacting with a wide range of people from engineers and contractors to customers and council teams.
About You
A genuine interest in working in the trades or infrastructure field.
A great attitude : reliable, positive, and always open to learning.
Good attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions.
A commitment to working safely – everyone goes home safe, every day.
Some experience or exposure to tools, machinery or technical work is a bonus, but not a must.
