Concreter (leading hand )

We’re seeking an experienced Leading Hand Concreter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading a crew to deliver high-quality concreting projects on time and to standard.

You’ll be working across sites in the Waikato and Auckland regions , depending on the project. Some days may require travel between both areas , so flexibility and reliability are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of concreters on site
• Plan, coordinate and execute concreting works (formwork, pouring, finishing, curing)
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and time requirements
• Liaise with site managers, engineers, team members and clients
• Train and mentor team members as needed
• Maintain site safety and compliance
• Read and interpret plans and drawings
