You will have a willingness to learn building products, materials and their applications to assist our Trade and DIY customers.

As well as understanding the importance of providing outstanding customer service each and every time to all our customers no matter what their background might be.Our ideal Drive Thru Manager to lead the team will have : A passion for excellence customer serviceHave strong leadership skillsIs physically fit and able to do heavy lifting to support the teamHave excellent communication skills and organizational skillsThe ability to motivate, coach and empower the team to perform at their bestReporting and analytical skillsPrevious retail experience and / or experience within the building industry will be viewed very favourably.
