About The Role
As a Retail Assistant, you will ensure every customer has a great experience from the moment they walk in.
You will guide customers around our products, provide upselling opportunities, and process the sale at the till.
Safety is always a priority.
Your key responsibilities include :
Maintaining a safety focus for yourself, teammates, and customers
Providing genuine service and creating moments that matter with customers
Using strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Processing stock : receiving, dispatching, and storing
Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture
Note : This role will require lifting, bending and climbing.
Skills & Experience
This customer-focused position requires a people person with a passion for customer service, ideally with previous retail and / or customer service experience.
Full training on products will be provided, but an interest in automotive is a plus.
You must be confident in a retail / sales environment, communicate effectively, have excellent phone manner, and maintain a team-focused "can do" attitude.
