    About the Role

    We have a permanent opportunity available to join our Te Manawa Taki Regional team as a Clinical Operations Lead.

    The Clinical Operations Lead will provide support to the Manager, People and Operations focussing on the operational and workforce coordination of the clinical teams.

    In this role you will provide management and day-to-day operational coordination and support for the clinical workforce to deliver the NPHS regional strategic, policy and operational priorities to enable the realisation of Pae Ora.

    You will also provide operational support, facilitate and manage the placements of Registrars, House Officers and Medical Students.

    This includes leading recruitment processes, engagement with central contract teams, co- ordination of rosters and working in partnership with the Workplace Supervisor.

    About you

    You will be proactive, strategic, and capable of supporting the day-to-day planning for the clinical teams.

    You are experienced in developing, implementing and reviewing operational processes with a quality improvement lens You also bring with you, an ability to work collaboratively with others and to maximise the contributions of individuals and teams to achieve results.

    • Relevant tertiary qualification and / or comparable experience
    • Full current drivers licence
    • Maximise the quality and contributions of individuals and teams to achieve the organisation's vision, purpose and goals
    • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels within the public and private sectors, related industry and community interest groups and the wider national and international communities
