Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at front counters and by phone.
Champion NZ Post products and services, provide suggestions, and access information for customers.
Contribute to a busy and varied environment while developing problem-solving skills.

What We Need From You
Be available to work Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 1 : 00pm – 5 : 30pm and Thu 12 : 00pm – 5 : 30pm
Reliable transport to get to and from work
Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally retail
Problem-solving skills – ability to think on the fly and find the best outcomes
Administration and data entry skills
Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, by phone and email
