We're seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead our carefully curated community that reflects Auckland's rich multicultural diversity.

Our vibrant workspace provides flexible solutions from business addresses and coworking spaces to dedicated desks and private suites.

As Centre Manager, you'll attract and secure best-fit companies that match our space and community concept aspirations while delivering outstanding value-add service and strong financial performance.

Working closely with the Area Manager and Operations Lead, you'll build an engaged community that values collaborative connections.

• An overview of the role :
• Find, qualify, and convert leads seeking office space solutions
• Organize and host property tours
• Develop marketing initiatives and partnerships
• Achieve occupancy and revenue targets
• Create engaging content-based events and customer engagement programs
• Oversee event promotion and community building initiatives
• Lead monthly client meetings and drive action completion
• Manage business financial performance and reporting
• Oversee on-site operations and vendor relationships
• Participate in annual business planning and budget development
• Hire and train on-site support team
• Conduct performance reviews and team development
• Lead and motivate team members
• This is what we're looking for :
• Strong sales experience, preferably in flexible workspace or office leasing
• Team leadership and management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced MS Office Suite proficiency plus CRM experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple work streams
• Experience managing flexible space, co-working, or serviced office operations
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Digital and social media understanding
