We are going to market to find a standout Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification, development, and management of new business opportunities within the System Integration (SI) domain. This includes selling end‑to‑end technology and infrastructure solutions—spanning IT, OT, cloud, networking, security, and automation—to enterprise clients across key verticals in government, healthcare, and education.

The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented sales hunter with a strong technical understanding of integrated systems and a proven record of closing large, complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and regions.
  • Drive sales of integrated solutions including hardware, software, cloud, and managed services.
  • Develop strategic account plans and execute to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with pre‑sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design customized system integration solutions.
  • Provide regular business forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, technology partners, and distributors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales in the system integration / IT infrastructure / telco solutions domain.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi‑million‑dollar sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and customer success.
