Clothing Factory Worker

Acrux Wool Systems Ltd, associated with Wild South Clothing ltd are looking for a person to fill a production role in our manufacturing section.

The tasks include pressing and finishing, operating a 6 head embroidery machine and assisting with aspects of sewing and / or handwork.

We are an innovative company focused on pushing the virtues of New Zealand grown wool as an advanced alternative to synthetic fibers.

Our team are well versed across a number of skills associated with the industry and welcome applicants who can illustrate a willingness and ability to add to the team.

We have great working conditions and opportunities within a centrally located premises.

Skills & Experience

Applicants are preferred to have backgrounds in the clothing industry, possibly commercial embroidery as one aspect however to the right applicant this can be offered as a trainee role.

In addition sewing skills and possibly working with woolen garments will be looked for in Applicants.

An important aspect will be the ability through instruction and support to contribute to the high level of efficiency and quality demanded by our customers.
