Our interview process

The first stage of our interview process is a telephone interview with one of our People & Culture team. You will be contacted by email prior to the telephone interview. If you are successful, you will be invited to an interview with two of our Partners either in person or via Teams.

If selected for our shortlist, a second in-person interview will take place with two Partners relevant to the area of Law you are interested in, this will be followed by a function with the Holland Beckett Partnership.

Our interview style is designed to let us get to know you, and for you to get an understanding of the firm. This is an opportunity for you to come prepared (do your research on Holland Beckett), arrive on time, showcase why you want to work at Holland Beckett and prepare any questions you may have.
